Enough said? Not really. That fight nearly ended with Superman killing Batman. The only reason that didn't happen is because Catwoman intervened and forced Superman out of mind control by testing his sense of heroism to save Lois. It's annoying how often fights between then are passed around as evidence that Batman could kick Superman's a**, even though that's not what happens. There's always one little "glory page" for the delusional Bat-fan who thinks Batman should be able to get in one good punch, and then it ends with a draw or without a real resolution.

Batman always carries Kryptonite in a lead case on his belt.

And Superman can toss his belt into orbit before Batman can so much as blink.

Also all your points of Superman beating Batman in comics are invalid because simply stated there has never been a clear winner in all of the superhero vs superhero fights. The writers and artist always had it come out to a standstill and let us the readers decide. This fact comes from Stan Lee himself as said on his appearance on The Comic Book Men.

Then what's with the "enough said" you posted up there? neutral

Its also not a fair fight because your throwing a man who is yes highly skilled and has gadgets (who can twist his ankle trip and snap his neck in a horrible accident) against a person with almost unstoppable superpowers. At least be fair and make it an even playing field.

You can't. That's it. Superheroes weren't invented so people could watch them fight each other. Superheroes are designed to take on a certain level of challenges and opponents. Batman and Superman are, by design, on the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to the threats they face.

The reason they're pitted together has nothing to do with their skills or abilities or anything of that nature. People ask who would win in a fight because they're trying to personify their own fights about which one is more popular, or which one is cooler. The truth is, Superman's just as popular as Batman despite what some Superman haters would have you believe, and how cool either one of them is is simply a matter of opinion.

Because Batman fandom is louder right now, and Batman as a character is in the limelight, there's a segment of people who've brainwashed each other into thinking Batman can beat Superman in a fight simply because they like him more. That's the cold hard truth of it, dude. The unfortunate thing is that too often, people who write their comics, and their confrontations, are members of that group of people. Frank Miller was one of them.

In conclusion, I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Batman has never defeated Superman in a canonical confrontation. Ever. In any realistic, unbiased depiction of their battle, he never would. Not even the "Batman glory punch" so many Bat-cultists post around the internet.
