Hello. It's S.D. Lynn. I'm looking for an artist interested in Psycho Bunny Studios that might want to illustrate my poetry. I will be woking on the final drafts of my poetry soon (My portfolio is due for my Poetry Workshop by the 14th of May.) but if anyone is interested in seeing rough drafts to see if they might want to illustrate my work drop me a line.

While I am looking to step down I'd like to keep the ideals of the Old studio up and S.D. here submitted just written work to Unoriginal 1/2. Although her focus is poetry now stare we're very open to anything so long as over 70% of the Magazine stays comic the rest can be anything.

Hey you got your copies right? Did the way they turn out for your part of the comic absolutely piss you off too? The damn printers could have done better, in fact the temp copy they gave me which was supposed to be what the Whole Thing looked like was perfect and yet your comic turned into pixilated crap when I finally got my hardcopies.

This is why I need to buy my own printer.

But yea, I've got a personal account on here and I'm always debating religion on the Extended Discussion forum so I figured, well if I'm on here every day, I might as well try to get everyone else on here, it's easier then keeping track of e-mails and you can meet the other people and have a greater hand in the comic whodiddlys all thogeather.

Well I fix everything in Adobe Photoshop which then the printer changes them over to Adobe Illistrater. When I get back to Canada (you know I'm in Japan now right?) part of my business expenses is going to be buying a legal copy of Adobe Illistrater, or something like that designed to help printers. I'll go with what's cheap.

Considering the how low-res those files for the first dozen or so comics are I would be amazed if anyone managed to print them that size without a mass of pixels. *shrugs* It was expected.

Yeah, yeah... so I don't know more advanced HTML stuff, perhaps I can take the time to throw together something simpler and see if that catches your fancy? I do sort of like the idea of the menu bars being vertical, but I gave up on flashy things like mouse-over changing graphics years ago. *shrugs* Meh. I'll see if I have time to fiddle tonight.

It's alright if you can't, I might try to hunt down the person who did our old version and show her the new one. Or offer her more money (I only paid her 10$) to acctually give us some design concept ideas and upkeep the site.

Here's what I came up with today, took me perhaps an hour. It's in no way finished or anything, but, yeah.... I'm rambling.

My whole idea was to make it larger and less troublesome to read. I personally absolutely hate frames unless they are very well hidden. But I'm also typically "hard-edged" in my art sense when compared with the website as it is now... that could be fixed easily enough, but yeah, I didn't want to take the time. The title was also actually fairly fancy in the present version, though it all meshes together as a series of pipes for me.

Meh. Rambling again.

Hm.. I hold some intrest in this place... Though I'll have to wait till I know if I'm accepted into Destiny Studios before deciding if I want to apply. I'm already 18 so age shouldn't be a problem. I also have a comic that is the brain child of this one guy and me it's not really manga, but I couldn't bring myself to make Butterman in an anime-esque format. He just wouldn't look right.

Thats okay, We're not a manga studio. Just comics. We're open to anything acctually, however have you talked to your freind about trying to publish Butterman or are you planning on making something new?

He really doesn't care. (As long as he gets some of the cut. sweatdrop )

Cool. I actually have a commando bunny... Though he's a little different. (But he could easily be prone to fits of psychosis... Maybe he has shell shock. xp )I could produce an animated psycho bunny as long as it's not to complex. I made my sig using photoshop and imageready. And I have a little experience in flash.

However if you want to stay unimportant I could offer to pay you for the design work and let you impose as you will since I was going to hire outward for this project. Especially since, I really do like the work there. That way you're not forcing your input on things.

I don't even really remember what the first one looked like, to be honest. I'd probably go "Oh, yeah." if I was to see it... but as is no memories come to mind. But yeah, whatever. All I'm offering is a simplistic website that might actually be done... since I didn't know if there was anything else being offered.

As far as Anime North goes... I had not ever considered it, no, but I don't really have the money to go to many conventions at the moment. I was thinking of going to a con far away from where I've been before... but I wasn't really thinking that far north....

And actually going to YaoiCon would not be a grand idea for a variety of reasons. It would probably be fairly disappointing in comparison.... Either that or I'd be seeing conspiracy theory type things everywhere I looked....

Heh heh. Like I said. As long as he gets his cut he doesn't care what I do with Butterman. (Though I wouldn't do something stupid like make him chibi. (Because any smaller and he'd just be a dot compaired to the humans in the story.))
