Now I'm not saying Megatokyo has good writing, because I don't feel that it does. However, megatokyo does actually have a plot, it's just largely character based. If you look REALLY REALLY DEEP (and you do have to dig half way to the other side of the world for this), the comic is about the development of the characters. It's just hidden under a pile of horrible.
You may also want to take note of how many artists and writers can't stand megatokyo. There's a reason for that. Perhaps reconsider having a comic without (in your opinion) any semblance of a plot. The result is that people have no reason whatsoever to read it, unless your writing is spectacular, (which I doubt, given your grammar and the fact that you're looking on the internet for how to start your first page) or your art is amazing (and I doubt that, though I admit I have no proof to the contrary).
Go read some books. A lot of books. All genres. For writing advice read books like Between the Lines - the subtle elements of fiction writing, and Writing Dialogue for Scripts. For the love of god read some books on character development. Get off the internet if you're looking for ideas; you'll just 'accidently' take other people's.
... I just wasted an effort-post on this. Oh god D:
