Need help with my new comic

I need tips on how to create a manga comic book. This is my first one so I really need help on creating the characters.

#1: Learn to draw cartoons.

#2: Learn to draw american comics.

#3: Get really good at it.

#4: Profit.

See, as "easy" as manga looks, it is actually the -hardest- style if it is to be done right, because manga is a style that conveys a maximum amount of emotions with a minimal amount of lines.

Vignete-wise, maga is still a bit old school in that you won't see a lot of the fancy panel distribution you see in western comics.

Also, feel free to abuse motion signs so make sure to master that.
