Nice comic so far. Needs a bit of polishing. The art is cute. You seem to have a really decent understanding of human anatomy... The proportion is very decent...I love the color picture here: www.deviantart.com/view/12638579
I noticed you have a bit too many "talking head" panels. This is okay for now since you're starting actual comic book pages.
I think a few people had commented already about how...predictable or expected the story seems so far.
I love the uniform, they are cute.
The panel or frames, they are great for a start. Try picking up a book...

You live on the west coast, right? You could join one of the comic club there that publish real books to be sold at anime conventions. PM me for that info if you like. By associating with more experience people, you can learn from mentors or learn lots of stuff.
