looking for artist -- steampunk story -- ELLA INVENTOR

Hey everyone. I've got a story I'd like to turn into a comic book and am looking for a manga artist who'd be up for it.

The story is a steampunk story about a girl named Ella who likes to invent things. Unfortunately, in the future she will invent a time machine that causes lots of trouble, so now whenever anything goes wrong in her present time (as a 12-year old girl) people blame it on her future time machine and expect her to fix it. (There are periodic ghost images of future Ella warning her not to build the time machine so everyone in town knows its her fault.)
