I do like the art, though the colouring is maybe slightly overworked. Nonetheless, it's very nice and the panels flow well. However, the dialogue is quite stiff. Try saying things outloud as you write them to try and loosen the words up a bit.

Also, wait, is the train station in the first panel google image searched? Come on man, I like mixed media and collage but you need to be more subtle than that if you want to do it for a comic panel.
