I am immediatley interested--I have several one-shot ideas floating around, however, I have a few questions.

--I'm not from the states. I'm Canadian--would that be a problem?

--I generally draw more serious stuff, and if it's not super-serious, it can get pretty bloody (the main comic I work on is a zombie comic, and it manages to be both bloody and serious)--is this a problem?

--What kind of deadline are we talking about for one-shots? Will it be like 'here's the due-date, you have a couple months to give me however many pages' or would you want it on a page-done, page-sent basis?

I currently run a studio of my own, however it only deals with advertising for online comics (with no intent of publishing). I'm also very good with web-design, logo-design and graphic design (as in for putting covers and fliers together).

If the whole 'Canada' thing isn't a problem, I am certainly interested. My current online comics are in my signature, and my deviant art account is here.

Well america controls a vast amount of territories and minor Islands that aren't technically part of the U.S.....

Yup, I know. When I read what you said I was thinking more along the lines of how America kinda likes to go into other countries and takes control. It wasn't what you ment, but it's what I got from it.

Hey, sweet it's the Art Institute person, i must congratulate you on a comic well done. Rando showed it to me afore the con, and it seemed to be quite an interesting series I hope that you will continue to send us your work, I believe that it would continue to enrich the mag.

By the way rando y' think that I should try to contact my friends scott and justin... I believe that they have web design skills... At least I remember one of them saying something like that back in HS...

And one more random tid bit of info I will be giving the artist in my japanese class your contact info on monday, let us both hope that I didn't scare her too much last period.......;^_^

3nodding Thank you so much. AI was actually just a warm up comic I don't really put a humungouse load of work into it ninja It's just like a get-to-know tonign and shadeinf and what-not for my much bigger plots and serieses smile I just don't know how to end serieses. thus.. AI keeps goign lol.

Er maybe I shouldn't point this out. But I didn't actually draw him. I had a concept of what he should look like, drew a sketch of what he would look like, wrote done the mannerisms and personality, found an artist that would'nt empty my Gaian account and had her draw it.

BUT the process of which this happened is very similar to the making of an actual comic, don't you think?
