AHHH I AM BEING STRETCHED LENGTHWISE BY TIDAL GRAVITY FORCES AS I FALL INTO A BLACK HOLE

More seriously:

1) Your handwriting is almost illegible. I don't normally recommend people letter their comics with a computer font but in this case I think you should.

2) Your grasp of perspective is pretty tenuous.

3) Your grasp of anatomy suggests that you're simply emulating manga that you like, and have not done proper life drawing of real people. You can't make a human being look right in a simplified, cartoony style unless you first understand how they're supposed to look when drawn realistically. Otherwise you end up with limbs that are the wrong size, heads that aren't properly connected to necks, etc.

4) Your portrayal of mental illness is sort of slapdash and slightly insulting to those of us who have actually experienced it, either personally or through family members.

5) Stop coloring until you have a good grasp of doing things in black and white. That includes learning to ink better.

6) This:

Writing how somebody is feeling, or what they are experiencing, with a little arrow pointing to them is a lazy cheat that is insulting to the readers. Someone is having a nightmare? Show them having a nightmare. This is a cardinal rule of all visual media: show, don't tell.
Major Malfunction

Not only do I agree wholeheartedly, I also think that if you want someone to be depicted having a nightmare without showing the dream itself, show it in their body language.
He is sweating with his brow furrowed and lips pierced. Maybe panting, maybe tossing

Wow, that was just barely not a flame. o.O'
Nothing positive, huh.
*sighs*
Thanks. I'll ... definitely work on that.
