Agreed. I might not have much of a maternal instinct, but hitting anything under the age of three is pretty effed up to me. (don't ask about the arbitrary cut-off)

I found an amateur voice acting site, but it's just 90% people who want to do fandubs... *sigh* My thread died a horrible death rather quickly...

and I'm too self-conscious to pop out of nowhere to tell people "I like your voice! Act as my utterly insane character PLZ?!"

I have a low-ish womanly voice, at least according to my friends. But, I have a fairly broad vocal range, or so I think.

Well, Charlie is an energetic 20-year-old man with a New England accent.

Aiden is an 18-year-old man who screams like a girl and is a high-pitched male.

Jovie is a 20-year-old woman. Medium or low female voice probably works for her. She's kind of a tomboy as far as choice of activities goes (she doesn't have much "I wish I was a boy" going on) >_> Though she only gets three words the whole scene.

The only voice I could probably get away with doing would be Serenity Rose, as her voice is described as 'low and hissy' or 'like a rattlesnake choking on a toddler.' That's actually probably kind of sad.

I suppose I could try. Just not right now. I'm dying of cardiac arrest from running a ten-minute mile after my aunt set off the burglar alarm in my house. I thought somebody had broken in.

@Held: Oh s**t! D: That's annoying. The burglar alarms round here go off every time there's a powercut. And sometimes when there isn't one. But when our next-door-neighbour was actually broken into, there was no alarm. Just their dogs barking, but I didn't think anything of it at the time, and they shut up when the intruders threw them a bar of chocolate.

My voice sounds like... well damn, I don't even know. Not girly. It's kind of low, but then I have times when I sound exactly like a five-year-old girl. XD Or at least an eight-year-old. Comes from spending so much time with that age range. I also have a half-lisp. It's not a full-on "ttthhh", but there is a sort of hissing sound when I say 's' or 'sh'. XD I can exaggerate it if I want to (although why would I want to? x3 I don't knooow, but I can). And I have a posh accent, especially compared to a lot of other people who live in Essex. It comes from being private schooled.
