Hi. I would like to apply for a character artist. But I had a few questions first:

1. Does a character artist ink as well? I can ink, but I do not prefer it to drawing .

2. Um, When I apply, am I going to get sent a character description?

3. Along with my application, may I send a short comic as some of my work?

@Emihaumut: Nah, just so long as we know you're up for the position. Do you still have the lineart from before and if so, could you screentone it for us? Or would you need an actual scene rather than just a person? (Fortunately ladyranozenth provided us with one of those too ^^)

@anime_manga_passion: Answers to your questions, in order:-

1. You don't have to. What we're looking for is just the appearance of the character, really, so whatever medium you use should be okay.

2. Yeah, we'll send you a character description to see how you do at drawing it.

3. Sure, any examples of work you have are good. When you say send, do you mean via PM or as an attachment to an email, or...?
