I'm looking for a co-writer

Like it says in the title, I'm looking for someone to write a story with me. This isn't a role-play or a free-for-all. I have a plot and the characters, all I need is someone to help me write it.

Here is the outline.

The main character Jace is 16 and a member of a psychic team of vampire hunters. He doesn't like his team but stays with them because he has no other place to go. That changes when one night his team catch a half-human vampire named Aaron and decide to keep him as their prisoner, tortureing him just for pleasure. Jace frees Aaron and they both try to get out of the city while Jace's team hunt them.

There's more but that is the basic idea of the story.

I'm writing it so the little voice in my head that's been nagging me to start the story again will shut up. I've redone this story so many times in so many different ways that I almost given up on it. I have chapter 1 done and the first part of chapter 2 before I hit a mental block.

If you want to team up that will be great. You're the first one who's asked me so far.
