My favorite would be Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie No.1", part of the three "Gymnopédies". I find his music to be hauntingly intriguing.

I'm loving Mahler's 5th right now.
My favorite classical piece is more of a peaceful thing. Its by the celtic women and the title is "The Call" I'll give you the link to youtube and you will be amazed on what these women can do.
