My favorite would be Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie No.1", part of the three "Gymnopédies". I find his music to be hauntingly intriguing.

but my most listened is probably Prokofiev's 1st violin concerto

i'm currently obsessed with Hebrides Overture (Fingal's Cave) by Mendelssohn. I love the intro and the clarinet solos toward the end.
