My favorite would be Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie No.1", part of the three "Gymnopédies". I find his music to be hauntingly intriguing.

I'm loving Mahler's 5th right now.
My favorite classical piece is more of a peaceful thing. Its by the celtic women and the title is "The Call" I'll give you the link to youtube and you will be amazed on what these women can do.

Andante Pour Voix by Saint-Preux

Interstellar Genius

I'm not sure that I have an absolute favorite

but my most listened is probably Prokofiev's 1st violin concerto

amazing piece of music

my favorite performance right now is the one with Vengerov as violinist, and Rostropovich conducting

Witty Genius

i'm currently obsessed with Hebrides Overture (Fingal's Cave) by Mendelssohn. I love the intro and the clarinet solos toward the end.

The Butterfly Lovers Concerto*. Because I'm a sucker for east/west fusion in both music and food.
