Welcome to Gaia! ::

I'd love some new classical music to listen to (:
I mostly listen to pieces by string quartets and orchestras, and I love to be able to hear double bass and cello, but I'm happy to try anything you recommend (:
My 2 favourite pieces at the moment're Pachelbel's Canon and Firedance (:

Hmm, i recommend Chopin, especially the nocturnes. If you like string quartets try Schubert 's the trout, and Debussy's only string quartet. Hope that gives you plenty smile

I agree, they are good, but the comment was less about their composition talents and more about your spelling of their names. xd

Ya I suck at the spelling but that's what I hear. Now I know. Gracias.
Want some modern classical?

Try Ludovico Einaudi

The music he makes is beautiful.

Why has no one said Stravinsky yet? I love his Firebird.
Sarasate - Carmen Fantasy
Chopin - Tristesse
Vivaldi - Four Seasons
Liszt - La Campanella
Stravinsky - Petrouchka
Tchaikovsky - Nutcracker Suite
Faure - Sicilienne
Ave Maria

I don't know, a few of my many favorites.
