Hello everyone,

Welcome to the zOMG Elite clan. We are a clan dedicated to expanding the zOMG experience.This thread will explain the rules, goals, and benefits of our clan.

zOMG Elite combines an active community of zOMG players, badge hunters, and Gaians of all types to provide our members and Gaia with contests, frequent updates, experienced and insightful knowledge, and a generally pleasurable experience.

We don't just want to help make zOMG better, we want Gaia to be a better place.

A Brief History:

10/2010
Currently we have an ongoing Halloween contest, a Recruitment drive, and are intent on starting a charity so we can give back to the Gaian community.

6/2010
A slew of new graphics are released to help spread zOMG Elite pride as well as the talents of the artists we are pleased to have on our crew.

11/24/2009
Fully under new and experienced leadership, zOMG Elite has continued to work toward the delicate balance of a large, but active clan.

9/2009
Being the largest clan on Gaia, we decided to shift focus from growth toward improving our community. We began by unifying our branch clans and guilds, providing frequent updates to our members, and expanding our crew.

6/2009
By June of 2009 we had reached a membership of over 10,000! We were all very proud and honored by this achievement.

zOMG Elite clan is featured in the community spotlight for the Promageddon event. Historically this makes the zOMG Elite the first clan to get the community spotlight feature, it is a great honor and we would like to thank all of our clan members, crew and Gaia for making everyone's work in our community appreciated.

zOMG Elite reclaims the number one clan ranking on the clan roster. zOMG Elite continues to be active and grow as a community.

zOMG Elite and the Millionaires clan make an alliance. The Millionaires clan is a small, organized and professional group of Gaians from '03, '04, or at least ones who can reach 1mill+ in gold or avatar value. The Millionaires guild where a well established guild prior to the launch of clans.

zOMG Elite makes an alliance with the their first guild. An affiliation with "Why Not" Gaia's biggest and number one ranking guild. This is great news because we are expanding our network of allies.

The ZEA Network is now allowing all of our allies to own their own Embassy sub forum inside the ZEA Guild. This is to encourage multi clan communication, events, sharing information, trading items, or even mercenary services.

This was truly a special day as we reached 2000 members and further more, announced our official clan battle spirits (mascots). We are the first to clan to make a mascot and possibly guild too. We spent a long time researching and developing an aesthetically pleasing avatar that would catch people's attention.

Zelestia is the Herme's Moon rabbit of prosperity and luck, whilst Euphie is the fairy or fortune and handles donations, like the guild's treasurer. This was the original mascot for zOMG Elite (not very intimidating, was it?)

We are continuing to improve and rise to glory. Even though we have reached the top, this does not mean we're getting lazy. Watch this space as more exciting stuff comes your way.

Q: Why should I join zOMG Elite?
A: We have more experience and members than any other clan on Gaia and we want to use that to help you enjoy zOMG and all of Gaia.

Q: I've heard your clan is full of elitist, rude people, is it true?
A: Maybe when zOMG was new. We were pretty proud to be such a big clan and hold the #1 position for so long. Now we just want to enjoy zOMG and it's improvements as they come, just like everyone else.

Q: Why do you have the join requirements you do?
A: We want active Gaians. We have plenty of members, but numbers aren't the same as activity.

Q: Where does all the art for the clan come from?
A: Our clan has been lucky to have many talented artists, currently including shisuihime and EvilLemon45

Q: What does zOMG Elite offer that other clans don't?

ZEL, or the zOMG Elite Legion, are teams of zOMG Elite members who have decided to form permanent crew groups. These permanent crews have specified play times where they organize their forays into zOMG.
ZEL team benefits include badges, art, never needing to play alone, and prizes for special events.

zOMG Elite Clan Rules

By joining zOMG Elite you agree to the terms of our rules. These rules also apply to non-members visiting the thread. If you disagree with these rules, we politely ask that you be on your way.

Please read all of the rules. We are lenient and forgiving, but if you persist in breaking the rules more than three times in one month, your membership will be revoked.

If you see a "Zero tolerance policy" next to a rule these are the rules which we are very strict about. This may result in a instant ban with no warning and your membership will be revoked permanently!.

   By joining zOMG Elite you agree not to discuss the content within this clan outside in public forums, other guilds, clans or other variables. This is from thread topics, messages, art or even the intellectual property such as the teams system, uniform/rankings, art etc.
   The Non Disclosure Agreement is not revoked even if your membership is terminated by yourself or a member of the crew.

   Posting inflammatory statements to provoke reactions and/or using unfounded, derisive and personal attacks is punishable within the Clan’s punishment system.
   
   
4. Thread Responsibility
