THE DARK ELF KINGDOM

This is the Dark Elf Kingdom, a nation specifically for the Elf race. The form of government is a monarchy. This nation is here to give refuge to all Elves and to protect our kind. For now the peace in Gaia holds with the other factions, but we shall see in time what life will bring us.

RANKING

The are three separte groups within the Kingdom. The first group is the Royal Family which is composed of blood relatives and those that marry into the Family.

The second is the Army. The Army is obviously the group that protects the Kingdom and has great amount of influence on foreign policy. It also is the one that enforces law and punishments. Royal Family members can join the Army.

The third group is the Church. Many Elves take religion seriously and the Grand Church of Qrog takes great pride in what it does and has influenece in domestic affairs and some in foreign policy as well though not as much as the Army. Priests within the Church can be used as Ambassadors and other diplomatic positions. Royal Family can also join the Church.

Each group has a part in government but the Royal Family is the highest among the groups and the King is the most powerful figure. No one person or group can override him. His word is law of the land though he can allow certain Elves or groups to make laws.

If you do not wish to be in any particular group you will be a regular citizen of the Kingdom. Soldiers are part of the Army, but Church members are considered citizens that are just church goers.

The Dominican

Church Members

The colleges are two separate groups. You get promoted from one College to the next. There can only be 7 Evles per college.

The Dominican is a secret society that consists of high members members of the Church heirarchy. The society leans militaristic, but says that its main purpose is to protect and enforce church doctrine.

Sounds interesting, I'll give it a whorl. But are we doing here? Is this a meet in zOMG thing, or an rpish type deal, or what? I haven't really been paying attention to the zOMG announcements... sweatdrop

EDITED on 6/30/09: Because I know most people on here just read the first page, and I was lucky enough to post on the first page, I decided to give a small update on the shape of the clan today. Harognoth has given me temporary power as captain of the clan, and we have an official clan owned by me that you can look up if you are interested in joining. Please follow the instructions there.
