I wish I lived in Zamonia. BUT, you COULD do more with Rumo, but it wouldn't be quite as exciting. I mean, there could be some more stuff about Skullop, of course, so you know what really happened to his Dead Yetis. I mean, you'd think they're all dead, but you can never be sure. And no, I haven't read anything but Rumo yet. I only discovered Moers a few weeks ago, and I'm planning on getting Bluebear and Dreaming Books as soon as possible. The Alchemaster's Apprentice is next on the list, after those two.
And Smyke is cool. I noticed a definite Spines theme in Rumo, though... The Demonocle Tongues(Spine-like bone structures), the Lunawraith's Tails(Spinal columns in tails...), and the Subcutaneous Suicide Squad's shark form's spine(Spine. Yeh.).
Oh, you have to read Bluebear.
I prefer Rumo, but Bluebear is more consistently brilliant (I find Rumo's beginning a little sub-par for Moers' work).
Dreaming Books isn't as good, but I love one of the characters (not the main), however if I told you anything it'd spoil it.
And don't forget A Wild Ride through the Night. Not Zamonia, but still Moers.
And I guess you could, but he's already tied up the 'happily ever after' thing. I mean you can always argue that Rumo is a fighter by nature, but it'd be hard to find another satisfactory ending without going all formula on us.
Smyke is a b*****d, but I like him anyway. You find out his hidden memory in Dreaming Books. ^_~

You also find it out in Rumo, right before he kills the SSS's sentry.
Really? o:
I can't remember that.
Unless it's a different memory...
Oh....yeah...vague recollection.
