The sad thing is... I recognize that b*****d from the comic. I have to defend Gaia what seems to be DAILY, from punks like that. They think they're better than everyone else because they've been here longest, and they think they're better than GAIA because they've been here so long that they should be proclaimed king (which I guess accounts for the crown).

They act like because they've been here so long, they should be in charge and nothing the admins or developers do are right, and THEY should be making the decisions.

Anyway, awesome comic. I'm happy that my passion regarding Gaia is that I WANT to see more features, and therefore any update is cause for celebration in Xiamland. xd

I do every quest I can, even from sponsors - except the wrestling stuff, I only snagged a sledgehammer because it's a fecking sledgehammer, woo - and I really do wish I had the money for a Gaia Cash Card, because Kaya is adorable and I know exactly what I'd spend the Gaia Cash on. whee

Though when she gets that bad I just take her outside, rather than listen to her rant and blather about Gaia. It makes me not want to spend time with her to be honest. Especially when it gets accusatory about me falling into their corporate trap by spending my money.

Sometimes I wish the GCD wouldn't freak out so much and everyone stop, think, and check the forum before starting the 900th topic on the cash shop.

I'm not too happy about how Gaia seems to be getting more commercialized but with people demanding new things all the time what do they think will happen.

"MOAR ITEMZ, GIMME BATTLE SYZTEM, GIMME NAO" People keep asking for more features, make petitions, Gaia listens, then are all like GCD McSourface up there when all the things they were asking for end up coming out. Then all the complaining about sponsorships and the new cash cards, when those are the things that pay for all the developers to come up with new ideas for events and are what will lead to the battle system actually coming out in the next year or so. (Late 08 probably >.> )

This GCD needs some old school GCD satire like yours again. XD

Sometimes I get peeved at Gaia's teasing, but I honestly don't understand why people seem to think they don't deserve to profit. I might not always agree with HOW they do it, but I do think they are a company that deserves to make money from this venue. Most people wouldn't be here if it wasn't fun, there's a million things to do. Besides, the server hamsters don't feed themselves. whee
