Gay marriage does'nt hurt you in any way, shape, or form. Two adults choosing to have a marriage to show their love for eachother has ZERO affect on you.

Marriage pertaining to opposite sex couples exclusively is for the most part a biblical idea. Not every believes in the bible believe it or not, and we're supposed to have a seperation of church and state. If marraige is only considered as a word pertaining to a ritualistic union of two people (which many of us do) then same sex marriage should have all the legal benefits of all marriage, seperate but equal was supposed to be done away with a long time ago. Just because you define it one way does not make it the definition of the word.

I don't hate you. I already stated in previous posts that if the word "marriage" had no gender implications I'd be fighting against people who want to ban gay marriages.

What religion would I be following if I say life is meaningless? Maybe there's a religion out there that has this idea in its doctrines, but I don't know of it and thus cannot follow it. So I don't follow any religion.

By most defintions I have read, it's something like The joining of two people.
And to be honest, there is absolutely nothing wrong with same sex marriage. Love is what you make it. It can be close, far, international, private, hidden, etc,etc. You shouldn't tell people what to do, it's not like they're interfearing with your own personal life.
