Yeah we tend to beat the life out of each other. He broke my wrist a few days ago. Yesterday I broke his rib... it's totally "loving." We express our "love" by seeing who exactly can pin the other to the ground without using outside objects. ie the knife or bat or lamp or book.

Excuse me? I have a full time job and I take care of all of my children's needs. My children's best interests are very well taken care of in my home. I spend extensive amounts of time with both of them before I go to work. As for the morals I teach my children, well I find that to be none of your business. I plan to teach my children to protect their bodies, not shun them into thinking that sex is a sin. My lifestyle is not one that they have to follow.

homophobia is a preference like being gay of bisexual... they just don't believe in it... I have a friend whos a homophobic and he doesn't base it on religion he just doesn't believe in it. You have to understand that it isn't ppl being ignorant it's just they don't believe in it. If only ppl like that could just be respectful and understanding as i'm sure any bisexual or lesbian or gay would respect that person preference but alas the world is not like that. it may be time to move on. You stated earlier in a post that you could not think of "any" other churches that have a problem with homosexuality other than Christianity. I mentioned Ahmadinejad for he gave a speach to the UN last year in which he claimed that Persia has "no homosexuals." Upon investigating this futher it appears they have "none" because they are vigorously oppressed. There were some statements fo witnesses that homosexuals are sometimes flogged to death.

That's right... My mind's generally a bit scattered so I tend not to have much but recent conversations in there. There's usually not much religious talk in regards to homosexuality outside of Christianity (that I see) on Gaia so everything else tends to fall out of my head after a bit. Much gratitude for the refresher.

I have no intention of hiding my acts if they ask. The thought of that sounds like my own mother. What they choose to do with their bodies or with their partners is not my business. I just plan to allow them to grow up knowing that seeing sex as I magical thing is useless. What they need to know is that finding pleasure sexually can be done in a number of ways. It's in no way hypocritical. I would have no problem if they choose to be a swinger or be monogamous.
