Everywhere you go you see people bumping threads! There are even those who make contests, and thread just for bumping! Why was it that the bump took off, leaving all the other fun words like 'poke' in the dust?

I never say bump or poke... oh wait, i just said bump and poke!!... sweatdrop anyways... i don't use both.
