When I threw my back out. I must have bent over funny or something bcs suddenly my back spazzed out and I could barely walk. Trying to sit on the toilet was agony. I still don't know why my back did that. I could barely move for about a day.

back when I was in 4th grade I got my last spinal as per chemo requirements and they told me it was gonna hurt really bad afterward for some reason
couldn't sit up or really lie down on it either for a couple days
