lol I can't do much of anything in complete silence, I get antsy. And I have no tv in my room so I basically have foobar2k open 24/7 with music going, I only ever make exceptions when I'm playing games.

However on Gaia I actually tend to listen to my profile playlist more because it has quite a few songs I don't have otherwise. My taste is pretty all over the place but uh, there's probably a distinctly indie-ish trend, idk. The music I'm listening to tends to make my Gaia experience though : D Puts me in a good mood for lurking.

XD I have playlists for the different events, it gets me into the mood.

As for zOMG, meh, I know their OST is nice, but nothing is more epic that LOTR + Narnia + the Dark Knight. Esp. 'Why So Serious', 'Requiem for a Tower' and 'The Battle'. XD

Whenever I don't listen to music, I usually have the TV in the next room up a bit, so there's a bit of noise. xd I'd go insane without some sound or internal music...

I listen to my iTunes library whenever. biggrin Currently listening to the Repo! The Genetic Opera soundtrack... heart I also listen to KMFDM, Tim Skold, The Kovenant, Eisbrecher, Steinkind... <3 They're my absolute favourites.

I've taken a liking to classical music due to a music appreciation class. Lately it's been Bach, Mozart, and Brahms. Right now I'm listening to Brahms' 3rd Symphony, 3rd movement. It's good and helps me focus on not doing homework.

That's not to give off the appearance of being tasteful, when it's not Bach it's Gaga. lol
