I am currently reading Shopaholic Takes Manhatten. It's quite silly and somewhat embarassing. I wouldn't recommend it for serious readers.
It is my tenth book this year.

I just finished Karelyn Spark's How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire and am about to start Frank Beddor's The Looking Glass Wars.
I'm currently reading Enough Rope by Dorothy Parker and The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald for class. (1920's literature, what what!)

For fun I just started The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy.

I'm reading Skin Trade by Laurell K. Hamilton her newest book that just came out. So far it's pretty good! It brought back all my favorite characters from my favorite in the series, Obsidian Butterfly. I'm about 140 pages into it so far.

After this I'll probably finish reading my Douglas Adams collection, I only have Mostly Harmless left to read!

***Go Team Edward!....err...Ted Forrester, Lol!***

I love Douglas Adams. I think Mostly Harmless is one of my favourites out of the Hitch hiker's guide series.
It's well worth the read!

That's awesome haha. What classes do you take then to have to read things like that. I had to read some of Oscar Wilde's stuff last year for my Advance level English Literature.

I've read Before I Die. It was really good. But it's really weird.. and sad. How far are you? Or have you finished it?

Yesterday I read 'Somebody' by Nancy Springer cover to cover (literally) I didn't put it down except for to answer my PMs. I'm also almost done with 'Snatched' by Pete Hautman and Mary Logue, I've read Pete's other book 'Mr. Was' because one of my friends told me it was really good, which it was. When I finish Snatched I'm going to read 'Invisible' also by Pete Hautman.

Edit: I just finished Snatched. Starting Invisible. <3
Erm...I'm kinda in the middle of reading over 30 books..at the same time...xD

But what I'm really hooked in on the most are; The Vampire Diaries Omnibus volume 1 by L.J Smith, Wake by Lissa McMann, and Hotel Africa(manga).

OVER 30? How do you keep them straight? I've read like 4 at once.. but never 30.
I really don't know... eek
There are some I concentrate more on than the others but I seem to be able to pick up where I left off. Also I can't seem to stop picking up new book series....
I guess I'm the ultimate bookworm or something xD

Wow.. Well.. I can pick up books that I haven't read in months if I didn't finish them.. but it takes me a while to figure out what's happening again.

I've got about 90 pages left, so I may be able to finish it tonight. Bits of it have been sad, but I've found that I've not warmed to Tessa enough to feel too sorry for her. She keeps being horrible to people when they're trying to be nice, and I don't feel that Downham has written the characters in enough depth for me to FULLY sympathise, although I have shed a few tears already!!!

That's really cool! I wish I had the time to read a book all in one day at the moment! I suppose I will be able to do that pretty soon. My exams finish in two weeks so I'll be okay to read properly then 3nodding

What would you recommend I read most out of all the ones you've read in that little list of yours??

I can't even read over 2 at the same time. And the only time I'll ever read 2 at the same time is when I have to read it for my Advanced literature course.
Although my course will be over and done with on Wednesday, taking my final exam for it then! Sad times.

Hey bookworms!

I was wondering what everyone is reading at the moment?
Post it on here ...

What do you think about it so far?
Have you read anything else by the same author?
Discuss the book with others that have read it.

I'm just loving book chats at the moment 3nodding

i was really into series but im tired of them somtimes a random story that doesnt go on and on through three or four books is nice
