WG Meets- ♥ (Archived)

I started these meet ups a few months over 3 years ago, as a way to get WGer's out of the =Word Games Forum=, to meet and mingle with each other. They have been very successful and a LOT of fun, and so I've been encouraged by attendees of the meetups to make this thread as both a chat thread, and a place for me to organize new meets. <3

We meet every 3-5 days in Gaia Towns at 5 Barton 088896. Usually we start between 6- 7:30 PM EDT. They are, of course, informal and you may show up whenever you can make it (They usually last somewhere between 6-8 hours). I will post the date of the next meet in post 2. If you need ANYTHING, don't be afraid to quote me, PM me or G-Chat me.



6/20/13: I will be holding a party on 6/29/13 for the second Thread Birthday. I am still away in North Carolina, and will be until at least November, but I really miss you guys and want to celebrate. Also, I will be planning a Summer Prom for some time in mid July. Look for that thread to be started up again : )

2/24/13: I'm taking a much needed break from holding Meets, and from home, to take care of myself. I will be away for at least a month, in North Carolina. If you would like to keep in touch with me, PM me and I'll give you my e-mail address, because I don't plan on checking Gaia much. I'll miss you guys a ton, but I'm sure you'll be fine without me. 6/29/12: Happy Birthday Thread <3 I just want to thank everyone who has made WG Meets what it is. It's been a year of fun, silly/craziness, and I wouldn't trade any of it for the world. You guys are awesome and I love you, and I hope that Meets continues to be fun, and interesting, and that you continue to make friends of your fellow WGers : ) Thanks again! - Rii

Every few meet-ups we will have a theme. Come dressed according to that theme. Also, feel free to suggest a theme. We will vote on these themes. If there remains a tie (between two themes), then the night's theme will be a combination between those two themes. If there becomes a 3-way tie, I'll make a new poll, and you guys can vote between them. Voting generally ends around noon, the day before the meet-up.
