Today is 9/11 the day where thousands of people were killed becasue of religious fanatics. I ask all people in the forum regardless of nationality to please post something in tribute to the people who were killed during the attacks. It is most terrible that this happened becasue a group of terrorists wanted to strike at what they saw as the heart of capitalism and the west. Hopefully we will never have an attack happen like this again.

People of other countries aside from the USA don't care, don't know or have already forgotten. sweatdrop
What made them brave? There have been far far worse attacks on innocents in our species history. Millions have died in some instances. Yet we must be concerned with a few thousand deaths 11 years ago?

They're dead, people die every day, we'll all die, our histories will disappear. Why should we waste our time mourning 9/11?
I agree; it is brave to die for a cause you believe in.

So we should take time to remember the brave suicide bombers?

If it is to the brave that respect should be accorded, then yes.
It's tragic that these lives were lost. And it's tragic that the US citizens allowed themselves to be guided into two inappropriate wars where even more lives had to be lost.

I was not aware dying made people brave. neutral
I think dying for what you believe in is pretty brave. Stupid, but brave. I suppose we should tribute the fanatics, is what you're saying?
