I would have to say Zero, I've never really liked Kaname from the start. He was really...mysterious. But in a fishy way. I've always liked Zero from the start. Well, that's just my opinion!

If it were me then i'd choose Kaname, but since we are talking about Yuki and the series then I'd say Yuki should be with Zero, after all, Zero is her "Vampire Knight".
