Well, as an example, my goal for the month of January involved selling at least 103,000 in balance transfers.
By the end of my first week, I had done about 56,000, so I was well on my way. I'd had about 4-6 balance transfers in that time period.
Then I had almost three weeks of no balance transfers at all. The last 3-4 days of the month, I managed to do almost 60,000 in about four transfers. One was over 30k, which was the only reason I came so close to meeting my sales goal. Technically, I sold enough dollars wise, but the way they distribute points to determine full performance, I wouldn't have made my goal if not for the "new hire handicap" adjustment that brought me above the goal after it was applied.
Those two+ weeks without any balance transfers were exceptionally frustrating and stressful. I'm glad that I won't have to worry about that, for now...
