I don't care what kind of operation you got, if you're born a man, you're still a man, even if you have fake parts of a female put in, and vice versa.

Gender is a mental aspect, not a physical one. Parts do not make you male or female, how you relate to your body and how others percieve you does. Your sex is a physical aspect, that is what you are defining not gender.

There are transpeople who do not undergo surgery and live as their true gender. Not all transpeople need surgery to live as the gender they know themselves to be.

I just walked into this thread and have no idea what either of your sides are, but YOU CANT PROVE A NEGATIVE. You can only prove an affirmative claim.
Example:
I can prove that a specific item exists, because I can show it to you and we can all look at it.
What I cannot do is prove that that item does not exist. That would require me to be able to observe all reaches of the universe at the same time and be able to perfectly relay that information back to you.
