Yeah, Bruce Lee was at peak human condition. You could say Usain Bolt is, too, with respect to speed. Unlike fictional characters like Bruce Wayne or Matt Murdock, who tend to be at their peak overall, humans tend to be restricted to one set of physical perfection.

Personally, I hope to perfect my stamina for long-distance running.

Perhaps with cybernetics. Based on biomechanics, humans should be capable of running 40 mph (64 km/h). I know there are people who are capable of lifting 1,000+ lbs. (454+ kg.)

The physical specimen presented in the picture is so perfect that he appears to be fake. It's perfectly realistically for a super-buff man to casually put his fingers in his thighs like they're a pair of jeans... he's so perfect that his muscles become his pockets.

I think what is considered physically "perfect" changes with the each generation slightly and slightly by every individual's standard. For me...

Women: Skinny, Sexy (Nice boobs, butt etc.), Not really muscular.. just skinny I guess.

Men: Toned, strong, not too buff but still muscular.
