3/14/2012-- /Cough/ Well I've neglected the front page notices here for quite some time. My bad. College is my excuse. Anyways, as of March the 12th this thread, and it's two other counterparts, has reached it's seventh year of service. I'm happy to say I've been here for almost the entirety of thsoe seven years and have met some amazing people and made some great friendships. I'd jump at the cchance to talk to some of the past "Regs", and am still holding out hope some will meander back to our woe-begone thread.

10/31/2011-- Well, it's...uh...well it's been awhile, yea? College is such a drag. It keeps me pretty busy, unfortunately, and things have gotten really slow around here. Thanks to those who still hang out here, and hopefully we can make a comeback of sorts.

5/27/2011-- Well, we broke page 2000. We're building up some steam and on a roll to getting our humble abode back to glory. We're still a small group and hoping to grow and add new members to the mix. We've had our troubles and our woes, but we're gettin by and moving on. I'd like to personally pass along a thank you to everyone, both new and old, for getting us up to, and beyond, 2000 pages.

5/7/2011-- New front page layout, done completely by BSOD (Who is amazingly awesome), are being put up for us to enjoy. Out of our three threads, I can quite honestly say this is the most awesome of them all. Thank you, Blue!

5/5/2011 -- Renovations accomplished for the most part. I'm open to suggestions and ideas for improvements and new things to implement. As you'll notice, I've put Stargod in at the Manager position, to sort of help out. Dis of course remains as the Honorary Badass, and a few other additions have been made to our employee roster, both in employees themselves and in job roles.

As regulars, both new and old, they know what's expected and how things go. Despite what some people think (/Snicker) I'm not evil, nor will I devour your soul or children. I'm not mean, nor am I hard to work with. Impish and sometimes immature, of course...but who isn't? Really though, not hard to work with at all.

Now that the trouble has passed us, what say you we get this show on the road and keep it afloat?

5/3/2011 -- So....yea. I'm going to be changing some s**t because I'm in a pretty foul mood. Keep posting, keep having fun and don't mind me. Changes are coming. Hopefully.

4/17/2011 -- So...Dis is back! He got himself a spiffy new way to mingle with us here in our interwebz home. Yay! So, that's one crisis averted.

Sadly, I myself am hyped on sugar and loud music, while balancing six papers for college all due in the next two weeks. My mind is far from a happy and stable place, but hey, who's stable these days?

4/8/2011 -- Over 600 pages[/late]! We're doing well for ourselves and have seen a great many familiar faces around our humble little thread. I'm very pleased with the turnout, and happy for all the old, and new, friends I've seen show up. Sadly our friend Dishonor is having computer troubles and is expecting to be MIA for quite some time. He will, hopefully, continue to make little appearances using his PS3, but that is a hassle I don't want to put him through. We all wish him the best of luck in solving his computer troubles, and a quick return.

I should also note, that I am nearing the final weeks of my current college semester, so do not worry if I should [show] up less frequently...classes are killer this time of the semester.

3/18/2011 -- Seeing some new faces, and some of the awesomely amazing ones from our past. Despite my own issues, I've been in doctor's offices off and on this past week, I'm happy to see this place getting on past the 120 page mark now. I'm even happier to see more new and familiar faces. Each new, or old, person to show up makes me feel excited I did this. I am hoping to spend more time here myself, because lately I'm been MIA the majority of the time. Sorry guys.

◤I suppose I could take the time to say something witty and humorous, but I'll cut right to the chase. I won't "hire" just anyone.
There are already people I'm familiar with that I trust to handle the place when I'm not here. Most of this will be just a
recognition area for them. They know what to do, how to do it, and how to respond.◢

We'll need some help running the bar, so here's a list. There's also steps to getting a position on our staff.

Also. I, despite being "Owner" of the first post of this thread, am not the owner of this wonder thread. We have been a long running thread, this is our third, and we owe it all to the user: Shadow Dude!

Sadly he is on a hiatus of sorts and our wonderful thread has been hitting rock-bottom, and in an attempt to keep us a float, here we are.

Despite our wonderful abode being primarily a Milk Bar, we do serve other treats and entrees that are non-dairy products. We try to be relatively lenient when it comes to serving, but we do reserve the right to deny any request made, depending on the order.

While we do have a small selection of alcohol, we would rather refrain from serving them. As a Milk Bar we would rather have our Romani Ranch Dairy spread far and wide and reduce the number of drunken buffoons on the street.

We all have to play our part to rid the world of stupidity. The occasional “relaxer” beer is cool, but blatant abuse is not.

Hopefully you enjoy your visit, or stay, here in the MBL. We might seem frightening and awkward at first, but we’re sure that given time, we won’t send you running to your mother’s.

As an extension to the services we offer as a bar, namely the food a drinks, we do also have rooms that can be used by patrons. They are nothing fancy, and based upon normal hotel rooms.

If a patron decides to stick around, they may decorate their room accordingly to their whims. They are located directly up the staircase on the far side of the lounge area.

All and all, our humble abode is, in all actuality, built upon the foundations of a ranch. It is built in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by an open pasture to the south, and a heavily wooded area to the north, the main entrance, with a very spacious courtyard leading from the tree line to the door.

The floor plan is rather simple with the main seating and lounge area being the first thing one sees upon entering. To the immediate left is the rather large bar counter, where an ever amazing bartender can normally be found, and connected to that by double doors is the kitchen for easy access.

To the right of the lounge area is an open floor, great for mischief that our patrons and regulars find themselves starting that can range from water fights to a dance-off. There is even a rising platform/stage stationed against the wall, with a pole imbedded into the center for entertainment (/Scowl).

Our entertainers periodically use the stage for events, and or to show off. Of course this too is often used to cause trouble and mischief as well.
There is a fancy jukebox, well…somewhat fancy, planted into the wall closest to the stairs leading onto the stage. It is able to play most songs people enjoy, but cannot be moved due to being kicked into place by the Owner himself.

As previously stated, the lodging for everyone is located up the stairs directly at the back of the lounge area. The hallway connecting the rooms seems to span on forever, mostly because it does…and has open rooms on all sides. Mysteriously, the doors of the open rooms remain open until they’re occupied, wherein they remain closed unless the patron staying there is in the room and inside.

Dishonor- This is someone that needs to show up more. Although I should stop being hypocritical. -Cough.-

Lyrin Rommyu- Lyri-nee-chan gets to be up towards the top, because she had to remind me that I had not added her to this list yet. I know. I'm a horrible person. Dx

Ookami Umbra- Wolfie has her own claimed spot(s) under various pieces of furniture. Beware, she DOES bite on occasion...

Stargod:- Star is the best at what he does. That, my good friends, would be being awesome. Star's one of our good buddies. Always one to look to for a good laugh, and good ideas.

Naya Merai- Naya is a long term haunter of all 3 of the MBL's threads. Some of us are older, longer haunters, but not all of us have been as dedicated.

The Forgotten Kidd- Speaking of dedicated, this guy is a real bump-ing machine. Keeps us going regularly.

Kate Eleven- Ghostie is a long time resident who lives in the MBL's rafters high above our heads. She is awesome, and always around when needed. :]

Ninee- Ninee has been around for a long time. She's very smart, and often busy with classes. She's a writer, and very good at it!

Illuminati Blackfrost - One of our oldies with an ever changing username. Used to be a part of our Sanryu family of regulars, and now is back with the former family name of Blackfrost. Welcome!

David Alanjea - Haha. Dave-y! Nice to have you back, you horror obsessed nut-case you! Things are always lively with you around.

EffyKins- Effy is Effin Sweet. Seriously. She has always been a voice of reason amongst our crazy crew. She is honestly one of the sweetest women in the world, and a great friend to have.

Rennard( Donatiel)- Renny Ren Ren. This guy knows his way around music. Rock on, dude.

BS0D/ RS0D- One of the newer Regs. She's totally EPIC WIN. Hope you stay for awhile. And by awhile, I really mean forever.

Icu- Our resident handy-man and now lumber jack. He's a man that knows how he likes things, and what he doesn't like. He's also a man that likes things manly. Haha.

Vacuous Heart-Hearty-Taicho! She's the life of the party, I tell ya. Heart has always been someone you could turn to for advice and a laugh. Glad to see her around again. Glad I asked Dis if he could contact anyone.

YamiOmega- Hm. Yami? Yami...who? Omega? Oh! The awesome guy that used to go to Conventions and give us MBL'ers updates of the newest stuff going on? Yep. That's Yami. Glad you're here, dude.

Shiyojin Rommyu- So, the ever elusive Shiyo-Bro makes his appearance? Well.....QUICK! EVERYONE DOGPILE HIM!!!!

Lamyntas Merai- Ohhey, it's another one of those elusive guys. GET HIM! -Drags into the Rommyu Dogpile.- Welcome back, Linkie-bro. :O

Pandora (Rapelle)- A newly acquired regular. She's random, and awesome. Deal with it. Welcome to the insanity, missy. :3

Valzerix- Another newly acquired regular. He's been here for awhile and is well liked. he adds to the insanity we are so known for and is a great addition to the crew. Welcome welcome! o:

Freck Almighty- Our resident fae. He's an alcohol drinking, magic producing wonder. Ladies and gentleman, he is an artist of extreme talent.

Mad Niz- He's a funny man, always ready to step in to brighten your day. He could make a damn good commercial too, if only he could get hired!

FKhead- Oh my. Another artist. Adds rather nicely to our particular brand of insanity.


Angel Valentine- An older Regular, perhaps one of the first to join our first Thread. She is well known to most of the older Regs as being the one time significant other of the original creator of the Bar. Give her her respect, and she'll give you yours in return.


Claudia Ethos- An older reg that runs a Cheap Art thread, where her work is amazing and yet still cheap. Order from her! Or don't. She's busy enough as is. Dx

Snowblight- I will admit, Snow has been deserving of this spot for a month or three now, but I've only now gotten to it. Sorry!!! She's as fun and crazy as all of the others, and a great addition to our crew.
