I'm curious as to how balanced it will be.

Plasma Pistols, ******** tons of plasma pistols.

in past Halo games, the plasma pistol might have at most two instances where it would spawn on the Map, (of course except for Elite Slayer in Reach).

now that it's a load-out selectable weapons, even though they've watered down the weapon by making the battery drain faster and reducing the tracking feature, all you'd need to do is stun lock it, and either board it or hammer it with grenades (I imagine stickies would be effective).
if you've got actual teamwork going, you can have one or two guys keeping it pinned while another rushes to board it.

The slower vehicles are might end up feeling significantly less effective this time around because of this.

I think its OP already. Considering you can STOMP and kill incoming players (from any angle, looks like,) it'd probably be damned near impossible to kill it without another vehicle. And if you control BOTH? Good luck.

I'm hoping it's armor isn't like the tank and has limited ammo. I'm hoping it's more like the Lost Planet 2 mechs in multiplayer, set armor rating, reduced speed/movement, limited ammo.

it's just like other vehicles

turret that over-heats (reducible with the Gunner Mod).
they've said the rocket launcher has a few shots before it "reloads", I assume it's still got unlimited ammo since during the gameplay vids there's no numbers on either the Rocket or Machine gun indicators.

It upright has recharge-able shields (slower recharge rate than the Mjolnir shields), and while fully shielded and undamaged it can survive a spartan laser shot.

people who've experienced it say it seems like you can only board it from the back.

sure it sounds OP, till you recall the fact there can easily be an over-abundance of Plasma pistols on the map due too the new load-out system, this fact enough had made 343 consider and impliment a armor mod called "Wheelman" that reduces the "downtime" vehicles have when EMPed.
it actually looks like it's easier to kill on foot than with a Vehicle.

Has anyone else seen the first episode of Forward Unto Dawn? Looks pretty good. Acting is better than I expected. STILL...something about the helmets and other equipment looks...fake. I mean, Aliens had fake guns too but they looked realistic, to me anyway. The assault rifles look ENORMOUS in the hands of the recruits.

ALSO...I the timeline seems VERY off. They're still fighting the insurrectionists and NO mention of the covies, but they hit Harvest first, right? And this series doesn't take place on Harvest...
