I don't think you can break something that regenerates cells at a highly rapid rate.

You just have to get creative with your breaking.

Not really. Once you know how something works the methods for taking it apart usually hit you like a load of bricks due to being obvious. At least to me. I don't have a monopoly on thought processes.
