I still say the problem was mainly with Gaia's RP community, not with us. You can't keep an RP alive with only two or three people being consistently active in it, and it's impossible to bring in new blood on a site where users value style over substance.

I mean, when you present a great setting, a great narrative, a great premise overall and it still can't get off the ground, who can you really blame? It's nobody's fault, things are just different than they used to be. As I've said before, this site just isn't for roleplayers anymore. Not the kind that we're interested in, anyway.

We gave it our best shot. That's what counts.

Oh, and in case I don't get another chance to let you guys know, it's been a pleasure to know you and write with you, and I hope you'll stay in touch.
