Lack of sleep. When school's in session, I usually go to bed around midnight and wake up at five in the morning. And, if I'm not tired in the morning and am not tired, I become delirious, hyper-hyper, and develop quite the headache.

like 3am-7am, sometimes i dont sleep at all
coffee is the culprit that turns me hyper.

...come to think of it,
hyper-ing do give me headche sometimes.

I drink coffee in the mornings when I'm tired and can't sleep in. Sometimes I drink it for the heck of it, but coffee doesn't have the same effect on me that it used to have...and I'm 17. I've been drinking it since I was five.

i can only drink 1cup per day
im immune to the next cups onward

Well, it's not immunity, per se...I just have to whizlike there's no tomorrow four hours after I drink my first cup. Two cups: I don't know, but it can't be good.
All coffe really does for me is gives me that little extra boost, then nothing else. It helps me wake up faster, but not stay awake.
