you're insulted when someone tells you that you're wrong, yet we're supposed to sit back and let you tell us "nonbelievers" that we need to read the bible (which most of us have done, me personally at least 10 years of studying) with an open heart (which we have, then we started noticing contradictions) and that we're going to hell. me personally, i'm offended at the thought that you actually think that we haven't ever cracked open a bible and that we're complete idiots. most atheists i know have an intense understanding of the bible, more so than most christians.
