I don't know anyone autistic who uses a wheelchair. And Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder. You're born with it, you don't become that way in a car accident.

Some individuals could develop autism like traits as a result of brain damage, I suppose, but I've never actually heard of anything like that.

i think that is wrong cuz i saw a guy in a wheelchair he had autism and when the preacher heald him he stood up and said praise the lord. now i'm not sure what the preacher said but mommy said he was going to heaven now instead of hell

No I think she's right. I know a number of people with Autism and they don't need a wheelchair. And I don't think they were giving praise for him being healed so he doesn't go to hell. They were most likely giving praise for him being healed in general.

Just because he was in a wheelchair does not mean that his autism caused it. Autism occurs only in birth and is only relevant to behavioral issues, not physical.
