Okay, it does explain what each ticket is for, but what it doesn't explain is who you turn them into. Find me that page.

It just says "Hoard skittle reward tickets for virtual fan requested Items" or something to that effect.

I'm tired of all of this Skittles stuff frankly.

Skittles pays Gaia, and skittles isn't the theme, it's just a sponsor really
If it was a theme you'd see a lot more of it I'm sure

But without the money they make from it we wouldn't have a lot of the nice features that we have today 3nodding (Like the saving outfits feature that was recently added)

There are 2 kinds of tickets:
Skittles Raffle Tickets
Skittles Reward Tickets

But clicking on the link for the skittles "info" page didn't give me any more info than I was able to figure out on my own. Then clicking on the official rules page, hoping to get info, I was led to a "Oops, there's no page here!" page. Helpful.

This has been poorly implemented. What would be helpful would be a page that listed at least

1) When the raffle is, if there is one.
2) How many raffles there are, if there is more than one and when they take place.
3) Where the list of winners are, and how you would know if you won.
4) If there is anything you have to do other than hold the raffle ticket.
5) Where the store or NPC is that you need to go to to turn in Reward tickets.
6) A list of how many Reward tickets you need to redeem for each item, as well as the list of items you could get.
