Even before I list these, this thread is not a cyber request thread, nor is it acceptable to even hint at something of the sort within this thread.
NO 'take it to PM's'. NO advertising.
This sort of behavior is highly frowned upon and will not be tolerated in this thread.
This is not a smut thread. This is not a 'Let's hook-up and go to PMs' thread. I don't want to see it. At all.
Also, Read the rules. I can't emphasize this enough.

1. Obey Gaia's TOS and Rules.
2. As previously stated, No cybering. Romance is allowed, but keep it PG-13.
3. Roleplaying is allowed and encouraged, but this is also a hangout thread.
4. Trolling and Flaming are not tolerated. There is a blacklist and It will be put to use.
5. Do not assume that everyone is fair game. There are those here that are already taken.
6. Respect everyone. Simple as that.
7. Advertising of other threads and the like is allowed, but keep it at a minimum. Once is fine.
8. Keep post quotes down to three or four. Don't know how to do it? Ask.
9. Do not stretch the posts. It makes everything look ugly.
10. Do not bring RL/IC drama here. It's just annoying and brings unneeded stress to everyone.

The Blood and Rose Manor


The Manor; a structure which reflects the architecture of a particular period in time known as Rococo. A time in history which few know and even fewer understand. All that is to be known of Rococo is that it was a time that seemed almost fantasy, where life was simply about beauty, romance, and love. A love so passionate that it was deemed inappropriate by the more conservative generations to follow. But that was the exact time when a particular being made his appearance in this world; The Overlord, as he is simply known to his peers.

So in love was he with what he saw that he had a Manor constructed using elements of his own world along with the styles of Rococo Culture. It rest atop a valley which overlooked a nameless city. Why build a Manor overlooking a city? Just as he and his guests danced the night away with lavish parties and gatherings, so too did the city appear to dance with the flickering of the candles, and eventually, street lights which took over for it with the progression of time. The Overlord would thoroughly enjoy gazing upon the beauty of the city and would often venture within. Though while the world around them has changed, the Manor remained all the same. A house to serve the guests of The Overlord. A house for respite for the weary soul which travels between the gates of this world and the others spread across the Universe.

Though not all is parties and music in the Manor. Just as there is light there is also dark. While there are designated areas of the Manor which are open to all, there are other areas which house secrets unimaginable to the human mind. Vast wealth and treasures, as well as secret rooms containing the projects and technology of the Overlord from his home world. Stories of these treasures managed to seep into the air and various adventurers braved danger and threw caution to the wind in order to secure these riches. But what had not seeped through was the information about the creatures The Overlord had brought over from his world to secure his wealth. Creatures which caught these poor souls off guard and sealed their fate as a resident of their stomachs. But they know better than to disturb the regular guests of the Manor. They are far more valuable than any piece of gold or silver. So along with his darling the Arlecchino, the Overlord's most prized pet, a beautiful existence is lived.

So, Sirs and Madams, if you dare seek a world for lovers and romantics. For dreamers and epicures. For whatever creature you may be. Then push forth those gates, get to know the patrons and creatures which inhabit this house, and welcome to the Blood and Rose Manor.

Currently renovating RoBaR and making some changes. Also working on some outside projects related to RoBaR. We're also planning a bit of a "Thank You" for those whose friendships have not only brightened the lives of Hunter and Lolita, but who have also helped RoBaR thrive throughout this year. We can only hope we meet just as many people and make even more memories next year.

"This is the single greatest topic in the world, if anyone has the intention of causing any trouble for these wonderful people I will hunt you down and forcibly remove any trace of a soul that you have and devour it until it is nothing but scraps between my teeth. You should consider yourself lucky to have the honor of being a guest of these two hosts who are perhaps the finest I will ever meet."

He ascended the steps to the second floor, where a large chair awaited, and he took his seat.
Running his gloved fingers along the armrest with his left hand, a grin formed across his lips as he adjusted his hat with his right.
Needless to say, he was quite pleased with the work that had been done for him by his most precious darling.
The only thing that would add the perfect touch, to the already decadent environment, would be a glass of his favorite drink.

Her long ears twitched when heard her darling's footsteps. Immediately, she retrieved for him a glass of his personal drink from the bar.

Ye..-huff-...Yes i'm just fine. I simply brought a...-huff huff- few things from the old place to better serve you both.

As his drink was presented to him by his darling, he gave her a pat on the head, then adjusting her bow.
With a smile on her face, he could see her satisfaction in servitude and he rewarded her accordingly.

"Thank you for my drink, you certainly are a wonderful one."

Though his words to her brief, he spoke even more with his touch.
Tracing her cheek with his fingers, he brushed away a few locks from her eyes and placed
a gentle kiss upon her forehead, followed by a loving smile.
