If you're going to have japanese in your first post, at least have it proper.

konnichiwa. the wa is really a ha because it's a topic particle, because it's a shortened sentence. This Day (topic marker).
._.

And by the way....konnichiwa means HELLO.

Literally means today, sweetie. And it IS spelled with a ha, not wa. Back to Japanese One, huh?

@Ridley, Im trolling a thread of trolls. This threads reminds me hardcorely(?) much of /b/ >_>

No, actually, it isn't spelled with a 'ha'.

No...it's really not a 'ha' because it is one word, not a particle.

Good job correcting. XD

Actually, it is.
は, is a topic marker. It is written as Ha, but pronounced WA.

It's because it never got changed from old style writing. Same reason Dozo kochira e, is written Dozo kochira HE. どうぞこちらへ。

Once again, it doesn't mean this day, it means HELLO. So there is no need for the subject marker.

Yes, it means hello. Just like Ohayou Gozaimasu means "good morning." Literally, it means "It is early". Ohayou being early, Gozaimasu being the incredibly formal version if "is" or "to be". ._.

I think this is in the CB now, so I'm just going to say: it's KONNICHI HA. Pronounced konnichi wa, because the 'ha' particle is pronounced wa. I don't think you understand Japanese very well, you should probably listen to SHOYKING and I, who speak it. It's a way of saying hello, but it means 'this day'. Kon' nichi wa. This. Day. (Subject marker.) You spelt it in the OP as 'konichi wa'. No offence or anything, but we're trying to better your Japanese and stop you from looking like an uneducated weeaboo to anyone who does speak Japanese, so you could get off your high horse and back down, ja?

You don't have to tell me what it means, I already know.
Why go on a honeymoon when you can save money in these tough economic times by just trolling the GCD? Oh that's right because years from now you'll look back and realize the lack of memories the marriage is built on. Obvious trolls were obvious, cboxed thread was cboxed, yada yada go home.

Okay, if you won't believe two Japanese speakers (when you can't even spell konnichi wa), I'll bring out a source, then stop feeding the troll. Sorry for trying to help you speak Japanese? rolleyes
