I couldn't agree more with that statement... lol. When my main account got hacked they made me feel like crap and I still lost it and all my awesome items. This was my mule now I don't have a mule account... lol.

☯ I've had some glitches with events and one current one with my inventory. Rant/

They never addressed one of my issues until the fricken event was over and there was no point. And this one with my inventory they just told me to clear my cache which I do regularly anyway and I am still having the issue.
Then of course there was the time I tried to make a thread about Gaia cash offer glitch and I got a warning instead about something I wasn't even doing. Fricken check before you harass users, you fricken fricks!

Wow that's just ridiculous. I don't know why they do this stuff. I'm still angry that I had my account hacked and they couldn't get any of my items back. I got so mad I quit for over a year. I mean you work so hard on your account and then it's stolen. You prove it's been stolen and they don't fix it. So what did they warn you about??? And did they ever fix ur cache problem???
