At one time way back in the early 80s Megadeth (Dave Mustaine) was in Metallica! eek They kicked him out and brought in Kirk Hammett. Like the music of Megadeth, couldn't get the vox. Metallica gets my vote, minus that big hiccup in the 90s lol

but recovers by what thay say . . .

I prefer !!MEGADETH!!...alot of people say they like the "early Metallica" then their music went down hill...thats because they ran out of Dave Mustaine's guitar riffs after they kicked him out of the band. Metallica even re-wrote some songs to make it easier for them to play, for example: Megadeth's "The Mechanix" is the ORIGINAL version(written when Dave was still in Metallica, and Cliff was still alive) and Metallica took that song, slowed the tempo, and added new lyrics to make "The Four Horsemen". SOOO if you say you prefer the "Early Matallica" your actually saying you prefer Dave's writing to James's writing. The last thing i hafta say is (to the tune of Symphony of Destruction) !!!MEGADETH!!! !!!MEGADETH!!! LISTEN TO !!!MEGADETH!!!
