Okay, so gaia has NOSE rings and the DOUBLE RINGS for your ears.
I think gaia needs Lip rings and Eyebrow rings. :]
I think it'd be neat.

And they should be in every color possible. Green,Blue,Red,Purple,Yellow,Orange,Violet,Cyan[bright blue],Pink,Silver,and Black.

Not sure if lip rings would work considering how many kinds of mouth options we have (they might, and if so I support the idea), but I think eyebrow rings would be neat. It would probably look odd with some hair styles, but that's alright. 3nodding

If there was a way to do it to match all the mouths and eyebrows I would support it, but the downside of it besides of it having to match all the eyebrows and mouths are...would you really be able to see the piercing? I mean it might just be one or two pixals and that you wouldn't be able to see well, and if they made it too big well then it'll just look really weird and out of place.

Wow, I'm getting some pretty good feed back. I also think it would be a great idea if we could do like a click and drag kinda thing with the earing, nose rings, lip rings, and eyebrow rings, since there is such a wide variety of mouths and eyebrows.

Wouldn't even have to be so complicated - the item would just need to have a couple of "poses" (read: positions), and people would just have to choose the one that would go well with their mouth/hair/eyes.

And even if they were just a few pixels, depending on the contrast between ring and skin/eyebrow/mouth color they could still be visible.

I dont know. So far, the earings and nose rings are so insignificant, there barely visible on the avitar. I think with making those rings, it'd just be the same thing again. barly visible, and insignificant.
