The first one, becaaaaaaauuuuuseeee the second one looks more simple, and it really doesn't look that good.
I'm a guy.
But I'm a bit of a clothing freak, so I think it's OK to give input.

It's also hard to judge without seeing YOU, to find which "looks better on YOU".
However, I find the first option clearly superior. The second is like a plain hoody. The first has a much more interesting cut.

I do, the neck looks pretty neat.

All good - not normally guys would give input on fashion stuff.

I wasn't sure because sometimes 'less' is more - if you catch my drift.

Frankly, some girls don't know what they're talking about when it comes to fashion. Especially men's fashion.

Well I suppose it depends on your overall style. I dress in punk/goth fashions a lot, so in my book, more is more. Less is often... bland. And you look like everyone else. Depends on if you want to be "approachable" vs being bold.

Yeah I think I want to be "approachable" rather than being bold/kinda intimidating.

That being said, I do want to show myself off a bit and putting myself out there for the ladies. It appears personality and good looks alone still aren't enough gonk

I mean, the "bad boy" look works really well. It makes you interesting. If you're super plain, it's like, OK plain boy, what do you have to offer. Then again, being yourself is also a good bet.

I dress to impress. It makes a world of difference. But my style is definitely intimidating. It is also a HUGE turn on for the right kind of girl. Or guy, really. I get hit on by both.

Haha, 'the right kind of girl' has quite an ambiguous meaning these days. I just hope I won't be attracting the WRONG kind of girl by the way I dress. I do have a preference however and what attracts me is how 'neatly' a girl dresses - and how good they smell.

Being yourself is definitely important. But don't sell yourself either because you're scared. Like a lot of guys fail at life because they play it safe.

For the record, most girls who are into me are super clean, super neat, and super hot. They always smell ******** amazing and have perfect hair/make up clothes. The thing is, they're almost always goth/punk/alternative in some way. I dig it.

Yeah I mean the preference is always there - and I try to stick by it.

So I think constantly trying to dress better is a way of getting out of my comfort zone and shell
I'm a guy so perhaps my opinion is irrelevant, but my judgment is not so much about which "looks better" rather my judgment is about purpose.

The only one I see that would be worth purchasing is the first one, why would you purchase the second one? The second one just looks like a standard hoody, and you can get standard hoodies at JCPenney, Target, etc, etc for a price that I'm sure is half or even more than that of the second hoody you've proposed.

In fact if we're talking about hoodies, I know a way to get hoodies for extremely cheap. The only thing is you have to be patient. But a while back ago, few months ago, I bought 2 Nike Hoodies for $5 dollars from JCpenney when their original price was $50 dollars each. The reason why I was able to get it for so cheap was because I always wait for clothing to be out of season, for example I wait for winter clothing that the store is unable to sell and it gets into the spring or even summer clothing season. Stores will drop the price of these clothing items significantly just to get rid of them, and that's what I wait for to get clothing. It's really easy to use this strategy when you're looking for something standard like a hoody, however this strategy wouldn't work for like the first item of clothing you proposed because that's a more complex and less standard piece of clothing.
Both of them look dapper. But I like the first one. Hopefully you have a head though, unlike those unfortunate mannequins.
