Maybe it's a missing .dll file of the sort. If that's the case then you're screwed if you don't know what exactly is missing and for what. The only thing left is a fresh install (to my knowledge, maybe someone else might know). Sorry :c

If I'm correct, I don't think that'd be necessary.
I'm talking about restoring the pc in general, nothing
to do with windows or rebooting windows; i'd still
double check just to be safe though. May I know the
manufacturer of your pc?

I live in the philippines and since it has been reformatted several times i doubt the manufacturer has a say in this. lol

When I fresh install will my files disappear?
There's an option in the process that will reinstall your windows components and leave everything else alone, but it's always good to back up your files in case something goes wrong.
