Alright I've had the flue for a few days now starting out with chills and fever then a cough and sore throat witch is normal but now I have red pimple or bug bite like marks all over my face, torso not many on my legs and hardly any on arms. They are a bit itchy but not vary so I don't expect them to be chicken pox or anything like that, but it is disconcerting to one day wake up and look like puberty hit you again this time real bad and I'll go see a doctor if they don't start to go away in a few days but I'd just like a general opinion.
That doesn't sound like a good thing.

Either way make sure to drink lots.
You suddenly have bites all over you? Not to scare you (and completely unrelated to your flu), but do they look like bed bug bites, by any chance?

it could also be scabies. my housemate had them last year but it wasn't that big of deal. itchy & a little embarrassing, but his doctor gave him some special soap to bathe with & that got rid of 'em.

I think you should see a doctor for that, though I am not sure what it is exactly.

yep what can I say I'm unlucky to get them this late
Not at all to scare you, but a fun fact. Chicken pox is caused by herpes. This isn't an issue for you, of course. 99% of the human population has herpes (cold sores, chicken pox, and shingles being good physical proof of this), the other 1% are the infants who did not inherit it and have not yet been exposed to it.

It could be Hand & Mouth disease. I went with my BFF to the ER on Sunday because her 2-year old son had the rash/bumps on his lower back and butt, as well as some on his hands and face. The doctor lady there said that it's been going around lately.

better to get them when still fairly young. The older a person gets, the higher risk of chicken pox becoming shingles, which causes scaring and damages nerves
