Okay, maybe you can help me with this here question I've got. I've watched the anime/read the manga and am still stumped.

Okay, so when Inuyasha and Kikyou plan to meet in the morning to make Inuyasha human, Kikyou comes. Naraku comes as Inuyasha, disguised, and slashed her on the shoulder. Now, doesn't he take the Shikon no Tami? Because something doesn't make sense. How did Kikyou get the jewel to be cremated with?

I believe this is how it happened...

First, Naraku disguised as Kikyou attacks InuYasha. Next, Naraku disguised as InuYasha attacks Kikyou. Then, the REAL InuYasha steals the jewel from the shrine in the village. Finally, the dying Kikyou shoots InuYasha with a Sacred Arrow, sealing him to the tree of ages. So, Naraku never has the jewel I'm pretty sure...

Yeah, but there's still a loop in there. You see when Inuyasha is really Naraku, he takes the jewel right out of her hands.

I've been trying to meet up with some other people on Gaia who love Inuyasha but I've been totally stumped as to where to find them. Finally! I've got some cool Inuyasha pics on my profile. ^0^

-Favorite Character? ~Kagura. She's so slick, and I lover her dance of the dragon.
-Favorite movie? ~Hmm... Affections Touching Across Time, the first one.
-Do you prefer the anime or manga? Anime.
-Favorite theme song?

Ergh... "Change the World" By V6. Also like the song "I Am."

And, I love and am learning the 7th ending song, "Come."

my favorite is fukai mori by DAI, actually, its my favorite song of all time xd

That's a good one. A lot of people like the ending song "Dearest" and I like it too, but I think it's just a bit too soft and sweet for my taste. However it makes a great lullaby.

as for dearest, i think ayumi hamasaki's voice is strange, but i do love that song.

Honestly I've researched, and have been stumped. I think the writers just couldn't come up with a reason, and so just hoped people would miss that.

I LOVE Ayumi and "Dearest" is one of the InuYasha songs I like most whee exclaim I really just love all the themes though 4laugh heart exclaim

And I explained it in an above post, but I'm not sure it's fully correct sweatdrop ...

It is NOT the worst ending to a series.

There is was this little known series called By the Sword! that ends with 2 of the main characters "in trouble" (that's all we know. Apparently it was to be elaborated on later).

I hate it when they do that. Couldn't they have waited to cancel the series until AFTER we at least found out what was going on?
