I'm from Wood River, Illinois.
In the town next to us, the tallest (and still tallest!) man in the world was born.
His name was Robert Wadlow. He was 9' 11'' and 1 centimeter.
In this town, Lewis and Clark set up their winter camp at 'River Du Bois' which is french for wood river.

So, it hasn't changed much. XD

Ft. Drum NY, it's a small Army post a few minutes south of Canada, boring, cold, and wet. But it's my home for at least a year or more longer until the Army decides to send my husband somewhere else! Nothing ever happens here, and most people don't know it exists.

30 minutes from Dallas, Texas, in a lovely suburb.
It's a lovely town, I watched it grow since it was just plains. It's suburb now, though.
Only thing I don't like is the typical teenager around here. It seems nobody can think for themself.

A small town in a big bowl vally, where we get no tornadoes, and lot's a floods when it rains. It's names for things are really...er...simple.

Parkside Highschool: Beside the park
Highland Highschool: On high land...
Dundas Central Middle School: ...In central Dundas...
YorkView grade School: Views York Road.
Central Dundas Middle School: ...Across the street from Dundas Central...
Dundas District: In a district dedicated to Dundas' heritage.

I live in Castro Valley, which is in the East Bay Area of San Francisco and a suburb of it. It's a relatively small unincorporated area (meaning it is an actual town, not a city). It is the fifth largest unincorporated area in California. It is known for having the most fast food restaurants per capita in the nation and for a group of KKK members that have been said to live here.

I never have been too fond of discussing the exact whereabouts of my location. Since I live in a very small town in Wisconsin, it'd be pretty easy to come and find me.

But I am never shy about my state! I'm a proud Wisconsinite!

Virginia's cities seem so copy off a lot fo others? We have Salem and Roanoke...
