Some people just make it to extreme.
I know someone who went to the doctors to see if she had 'ADD' and she just made actions like those who do have it. She only did it so that she could get more time on the state test.
Now that's stupid, because she's smart she doesn't even need the time.

Though sometimes people don't have enough money to go to the doctors and you don't really need a doctor's diagnose to know if you have it.
Plus then the doctor's give you a lot of medication for the 'illness'.
